Just A Small Piece of Appreciation That Change My Life:

When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure.

And I feel that I have treasures of love, care, respect, and friendships in Amal Academy. It is injustice with other memories if I just talk about one memory but if the requirement is of one memory then I would just go with one memory with sir Awais (Senior Marketing Manager).

A Sweet Memory That Change My Perspective:

It was almost mid of fellowship when one day sir Awais joined us at session just to see how we are going on. Meanwhile at the same time our facilitators gave us a break for 7 to 10 minutes and other fellow fellows just started talking to sir Awais. Let me tell you that sir Awais is very popular in Amal Family, we usually see him in online courses and the way he teaches us is very sweet and energetic. We used to see him in online courses so whenever he joined us and talked to us we all got excited but at that morning when he joined us and all fellow fellows were talking to him. Suddenly he just said “is she The Nimra Fayyaz?” and for a while I just got surpise that how did he know my name?

Then he said “yeh wohi hain jinka mega project ka ik live session facebook py hain” and I was completely shocked that he just remembered me? Waow! My facilitators said “inka ik YouTube channel bhi hai” and then he said “m phly content dekhoonga phr subscribe krnga”. This all made my day.

Honestly before this all scene I was never energetic. I always tried hard to maintain the excitement but couldn’t. I made YouTube videos but they were not thoughtful before, I feel dull and empty as a content creator but after this when sir Awais just recognized me for my one session, I felt a little different. I felt that “I CAN DO” and people can recognize me for my work just like this. Yeah! This will be a lifelong memory who forced me to search for new and energetic content for YouTube every time. I used to think that people wanted to see the real talent and my real talent is hidden behind curtains of confidence and energy. If I slide curtains at the right angle, I can share the brightest light of mine. My YouTube videos are much better and more energetic now. Alhamdulillah I am more active in sessions now and try to give a quality work. Whenever my facilitators ask me a question, even if I don’t know, I answer them with full of energy and amazing enthusiasm that should force them to say waow at every single time when they see me. Just a small appreciation can help us to speak up.

What I Learned?

Memories always teach you something and this memory taught me that we all have some powers, we just need a hug, a push or little positive feedback from someone. Before sir Awais’s appreciation I always used to think maybe I can’t do it, maybe I am unable to run a channel but now I have firm belief that “yes I can do ‘’.

My Other Memories Related To Amal:

There are bundles of memories and this won’t stop here. It will be a lifelong journey now. I am glad that I joined this fellowship and I can complete this on time Alahamdolilah. All I want to say is “Thank You Amal” for giving me many friends and thousands of memories from some of my great fellows.
